This policy explains how Chengshuo Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. ('we', 'us') handles the information you submit through the contact form on this website. It does not cover any other data collection.

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address and enquiry details. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your company, phone number, country or region, project type and industry.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your project enquiry and understand your requirements.

We retain enquiry records for 24 months from the date of submission. A scheduled process automatically deletes records once they pass this period; we do not manually extend it.

Enquiry data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database service running on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to the team members who need it to respond to your enquiry.

This form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated and spam submissions. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device as part of that check.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through our Contact page and we will action your request.

We may update this policy if our data-handling practices change. The version published here is the one that applies to current submissions.
